The house has a spacious open-plan layout on the ground floor, comprising lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are also french doors leading onto a rare gem in Venice - a private courtyard.
The lounge area has two brand new navy blue sofas, one of which turns into a surprisingly comfortable king size sofa bed. There is also a coffee table, side lamp and two windows onto the very quiet Calle dei Guardiani street. The dining table seats six.There is also a downstairs loo and understairs cupboard where you will find a trolley on wheels - a must for supermarket shopping in a town without cars!
